Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and refund any payment made.
- An order is confirmed once we have accepted it and notified you.
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are based on product weight and are shown before you confirm your order.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, card payments, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
- We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as unavailability, payment issues, or inability to confirm delivery details.
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines differ between small decor items and large furniture.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unused, damaged, or wrong items. Items damaged on arrival must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 working days. Full details are available in our Customer Service and Money Back Policy pages.
Custom orders are made to your agreed specifications. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Original designs created by SAJFUR remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The SAJFUR name, logo, monogram, slogan “Crafted for Living,” product designs, photography, text, and website design are the property of SAJFUR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Please see our License Agreement for more detail.
