Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your order and are shown clearly before you confirm your purchase.

Delivery timelines vary by product. Smaller decor and lifestyle pieces are dispatched faster, while larger furniture is prepared and delivered with additional care and time. Your estimated timeline is confirmed when your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely at ease with your choice. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item

To begin, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number, and our team will guide you through the next step.

Damaged Items on Arrival

Every piece is inspected before it leaves us, but if something arrives damaged, we will make it right.

Please send clear photos of the item and its packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order, via WhatsApp or email. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom Orders

Every home is different. We accept custom orders for furniture and home pieces made to your size, finish, and requirements.

We also welcome bulk orders and enquiries from interior designers and design professionals. Share your requirements with us, and our team will respond personally.
