Once your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation with your tracking or delivery details. For a live update, message us on WhatsApp at +92 310 4132090 or email support@sajfur.com with your order number, and our team will confirm its current status.

Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email with your order number. Orders can be cancelled or amended before they are dispatched. Once an order is on its way, or if it is a custom piece already in production, changes may no longer be possible, though we will always do our best to help.

An order may occasionally be cancelled if an item becomes unavailable, a payment could not be completed, or we were unable to reach you to confirm delivery details. We always inform you and, where a payment was made, arrange the refund. If you are unsure why an order was cancelled, contact us and we will explain.

Send us your order number and the new address on WhatsApp or by email. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update it right away. If it is already on its way, we will do our best to redirect it.
