Complimentary Delivery

At SAJFUR, we want your pieces to reach you with care. Selected products across our collection are delivered free of charge anywhere in Pakistan.

Which Products Qualify

Free shipping applies to selected products only. Eligible items are clearly marked on their product page and in your cart, so you always know before you buy.

There is no minimum order amount. If a product is marked for free delivery, it ships free.

Products Not Included

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Large furniture and heavy items, which are prepared and delivered with additional care
• Any product not marked as eligible for free delivery

For these items, delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the product and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both eligible and non-eligible items, free delivery applies to the eligible items only. Delivery charges for the remaining items are calculated by weight and shown at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary by product. Smaller decor and lifestyle pieces are dispatched faster, while larger furniture takes additional time. Your estimated timeline is confirmed when your order is placed. Free shipping does not change how quickly your order is prepared or delivered.

Returns and Free Shipping

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, SAJFUR covers return shipping and refunds any delivery charges in full.
• If you return an item for any other reason, return shipping charges are paid by you.

Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

Good to Know

• Free shipping applies to deliveries within Pakistan.
• We may update, change, or withdraw free shipping on any product at any time. The offer shown at checkout when you place your order is the one that applies.
• Taxes, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.
